Essential Communications often gets called to help clients who are wanting to “slow down” and “smell the roses” but still want to be able to connect to friends and family on the other side of the country. When the property that your clients have moved to has limited voice and data inside, a solution has to be found.
Telstra 4G, 4GX & 5G services were available fairly close to the client’s premises. This meant that Essential Communications were able to offer the higher speed of 5G services for mobile broadband and future proof them for 5G mobile voice.
As it was a 5G installation, the infrastructure used needed to be able to connect and hold the 5G signal. The antenna we used was a Panorama 4×4 MiMo Panel Antenna. The Panorama is a high directional gain 4×4 MiMo signal boosting antenna for 4G and 5G networks.
Incorporating four separately fed wideband element assemblies in a single housing the Panorama is equipped to provide client side MiMo support for 4G and 5G networks offering 6dBi of peak gain at 617- 960MHz and 9dBi peak gain at 1710-6000MHz.
Attached to the Panorama via 4 x LCU400 Coaxial Cables is a Peplink BRI Pro 5G Router. The BR1 Pro 5G is integrated with the new generation multi-core CPU ensuring delivery of gigabit speeds.
Due to the speed throughput, Cambium e430H and XV2-2 WiFi Access Points were deployed throughout the premises to push the WiFi signal to the furtherest corners as well as out to the pool deck.
The mobile voice infrastructure consists of an RFI Technologies 12dBi LPDA Antenna connected to the new Nextivity Cel-fi GO G41 via LCU400 Coaxial Cable. The signal is then pushed out to the premises via a High Gain LTE Paddle Antenna.
Our client is very happy, the data speed increase and mobile phone coverage has meant that they are now able to spend more time smelling the roses.
As usual, a big thanks to our ever reliable professional communications infrastructure provider Telco Antennas for the supply of all the above communications infrastructure whom without these successful communications infrastructure projects would not be possible.
If you have a communications & telecommunications infrastructure challenge please do not hesitate to get in touch with Essential Communications Services, it would be our pleasure to be of assistance to you anywhere in Australia.
